Welcome to PP CLUB – your home for padel and pickleball! By using our courts, services, or facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our facilities.
1. General Rules & Court Use
1.1 Facility Access
Courts are available to members and guests and must be booked in advance via our website or in person. Access is subject to availability.
1.2 Booking & Cancellations
Bookings are available in 1, 2, or 3-hour slots, up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
1.3 Court Etiquette
Players must show sportsmanship, respect others, and avoid disruptive behavior.
1.4 Court Conditions
Please report any issues (e.g., wet courts, damage) to our staff immediately.
2. Safety & Conduct
2.1 Safety Guidelines
Proper attire and non-marking shoes are required. All players must follow safety protocols.
2.2 Health Considerations
Ensure you're physically fit to play. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness activity.
2.3 Alcohol & Drugs
Alcohol is only allowed in designated areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
2.4 Behavior
Abusive language or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates our conduct rules without a refund.
3. Liability & Waiver
3.1 Liability Waiver
By using our facilities, you accept all risks and waive any liability for injuries or accidents.
3.2 Insurance
We recommend you carry personal insurance for injury or accident coverage.
4. Events & Tournaments
4.1 Club Events
CAVE hosts regular tournaments, clinics, and social events. Members will be informed via email, website, and social media.
4.2 Event Registration
All registrations must go through our official system.
4.3 Event Conduct
All participants must follow event-specific rules.
5. Privacy & Communication
5.1 Personal Information
By registering, you agree to our use of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Communication
We may contact you via email, SMS, or app. Ensure your contact details are up to date.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You’ll be notified of changes via email or our website.
6.2 Enforcement
Violation of terms may result in warnings, penalties, suspension, or termination of membership.
7. Governing Law
7.1 Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first attempt to be resolved via mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
