Payment Policy

At PP CLUB, we aim to deliver a smooth and enjoyable booking experience for all our guests and members. The following terms and conditions govern payments, bookings, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

1. Payment Methods 1.1. Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Online Payment Platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
  • Bank Transfers (applicable for selected events)
1.2. Payment for Services:

Full payment is required at the time of reservation or registration for services including court bookings, coaching sessions, social events, and membership fees, unless otherwise specified.

2. Court Booking and Event Registration Payments 2.1. Court Booking Fees:

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your court reservation.

2.2. Event Registration Fees:

All event fees (e.g., tournaments, clinics, group sessions) must be paid at the point of registration. Registrations without completed payment may be canceled.

3. Refund Policy 3.1. Refunds for Court Bookings:
  • Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before: Full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your booking time.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: No refund will be provided. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), a partial refund or credit may be granted at the discretion of CAVE management.
  • No-Show: No refunds or credits will be given for missed bookings without prior cancellation notice.
3.2. Refunds for Events and Group Coaching:
  • PP CLUB reserves the right to cancel activities or sessions if the minimum number of participants is not met.
  • Participants will be informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Refunds will be provided in the form of wallet credits, which can be used for future bookings.
4. Processing of Refunds 4.1. Timeframe:

Refunds will be processed immediately upon approval of the cancellation or refund request.

4.2. Refund Method:

All refunds will be issued as credit wallet balances within the online booking system.

5. Special Circumstances 5.1. Force Majeure:

PP CLUB will not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies.

5.2. Health & Safety Concerns:

If you are unable to attend due to illness or injury, please notify us as early as possible. Depending on the situation, a partial refund or wallet credit may be offered at management’s discretion.

6. Account Holds and Suspension 6.1. Non-Payment:

Unpaid bookings may be canceled and access to courts or facilities denied until outstanding payments are resolved.

7. Changes to Payment and Refund Policy 7.1. Policy Amendments:

PP CLUB reserves the right to modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and shared via email. Members are responsible for reviewing policy changes.

8. Force Majeure

PP CLUB shall not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, fire, flood, war, labor strikes, power outages, or government actions. In such cases, bookings may be canceled or rescheduled without compensation.

By making a payment or court reservation with PP CLUB, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
